

I’m guessing there has been a change of delivery people! I have contacted customer service several times and they haven’t resolved the problem! I subscribe to the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle 7 days a week and sometimes they deliver a paper and sometimes I don’t get one at all! I have a paper box and have had one for 40 some years and the delivery person has always been putting it in the box, until July, this is when it all started! Sometimes it’s on top of the box and sometimes it might be in the box, but most of the time it’s thrown in my yard or in the driveway. Since July of this year, I have been having delivery issues with my newspaper. I have receive different information each time I have contacted customer service and I am not sure what is the truth as this point. Second when I called to change my subscription I was assured that I would continue to receive the TV supplement. First I was never notified of any changes. I recontacted customer service via online chat and was told that they no longer print a TV supplement and that I would need to subscribe to another business to receive a weekly TV supplement.

After speaking to my friend, she informed me that they had received their TV supplement with their paper today. I called customer service and was told that it would be sent via USPS and no longer delivered with the Sunday newspaper. Today's paper was delivered without the TV supplement. I told the representative that I wanted to continue to also receive the TV supplement and was assured that would happen. This week I changed our subscription to only receive Saturday and Sunday newspapers. I have been a subscriber for many years paying an additional amount to receive the TV supplement weekly.
